About Us
Growing is in our nature. Over 40 years ago, we started life as a small family farm with a handful of people and a modest range of crops. Today, we’re a global farming and food business working thousands of acres and employing thousands of people around the world to grow, process, pack and market a range of fresh produce.
Supplying our premium produce to some of the UK’s leading retailers and restaurants, we are very proud of what we do and how we do it. With our impressive green credentials, we truly are committed to sustainability, demonstrating continued investment in the latest technologies to help maintain our carbon neutral footprint.
The Role
A fantastic opportunity to join our busy Production teams as a Skilled Operator. We are keen to hear from reliable individuals, capable of working effectively and efficiently in a busy, team driven environment. Working across various departments, duties and responsibilities will reflect appropriate experience levels.
Our Skilled Operators are a key attribute to our business, underpinning the successful, day to day production operations across our sites. We provide a supportive and diverse environment in which people can develop their skills and capabilities. We are truly passionate about what we do and how we do it and we know all about rolling our sleeves up and getting our hands dirty. From working on the production lines, sorting & grading products for quality to setting up and monitoring production machinery and equipment, operatives will be fully trained in all aspects of the production process.
