Operational & Budgetary Management
* Lead all aspects of operational and financial management of the development
* Ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the building and resident services
* Create and manage budgets to ensure efficiency and value
Team Leadership & Development
* Inspire and motivate a high‑performing team with clear goals and continuous improvement
* Recruit, develop, and retain talent through effective coaching, one‑to‑ones, and reviews
* Foster a positive, performance‑driven culture with excellent staff engagement
Resident Engagement & Customer Service
* Deliver an exceptional resident experience through high‑quality customer service
* Implement a resident engagement strategy including events, communications, and feedback
* Maintain outstanding levels of resident satisfaction
Health & Safety Compliance
* Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed
* Provide a safe environment for residents and staff
* Report on compliance and maintain standards across the building
Performance and Reporting
* Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports
* Deliver lettings and occupancy KPIs in line with service level agreements
* Monitor operational performance and ensure continuous improvement

What we’re looking for
* Comparable property management experience (residential or hospitality)
* Strong understanding of building management and Health & Safety
* Proven ability to manage budgets effectively
* Excellent people management skills with experience leading large teams
* A track record of developing high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment
* Outstanding customer service standards
* High levels of energy, drive, and enthusiasm
* Strong communication, influencing, and relationship skills
* Ability to work proactively and use initiative in a competitive market
Desirable
* Health & Safety qualification
* ARLA qualification
* IRPM foundation level qualification (or willingness to work towards)
