We're looking for a collaborative, empowering leader to join our Financial Services client and shape a high-performing Portfolio Management Office. What you'll be doing
1. Leading, coaching and developing a team of PMO Analysts, creating a culture where people feel supported, valued and able to do their best work.
2. Breaking down silos and strengthening cross-team collaboration, ensuring the PMO becomes a trusted partner across the organisation.
3. Owning and enhancing the change framework, ensuring governance is effective, proportionate and enables delivery rather than slowing it down.
4. Overseeing portfolio-wide quality assurance, including health checks, checkpoint sessions and embedding lessons learned.
