The Practice The Real Estate group offers comprehensive expertise covering the entire property lifecycle, from planning and construction through to acquisitions, disposals, and asset management. The team handles related litigation matters and has particular strength in corporate real estate work. The practice acts for both landlords and tenants on: Major corporate development projects Large headquarters relocations Investment portfolio management Property finance transactions Services range from transactional support to specialist advice on planning, construction, dispute resolution, and tax matters. The Role An opportunity exists for a real estate associate with 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
