Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales DevelopmentFollow up on warm inbound enquiries and marketing leadsMake cold calls and email prospects to generate new businessQualify opportunities, understand client needs, and close dealsManage and grow smaller accounts with long-term potentialSales Support & Order ManagementAssist the wider sales team with quotes, product info, and customer queriesProcess sales orders and coordinate deliveriesCommunicate pricing, availability, and lead times clearlyCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture relationships with new and existing clientsRecord all activity in the company CRMHandle customer issues professionally and keep clients updatedReporting & CollaborationMaintain sales reports and track your own performanceWork closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teamsStay on top of market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity What We’re Looking ForThis role needs someone with natural sales energy — someone who thrives on chasing leads, closing deals, and driving results.
