Our client, an end-user driven by a need for exceptionally high quality and high availability systems, is looking for an IT Service Assurance Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for ensuring the integrity of all IT Services into a key area of the business. This is a hybrid role. You can either be based from London, Horley or Portsmouth with 2 days in an office and occasional travel to the other sites. The IT Service Assurance Lead will be responsible for the following: Assurance of end-to-end IT services (quality, performance and efficiency) delivered to the business from a range of 3rd party suppliers Regularly engage with senior stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure agreed levels of service are maintained Act as key point of contact for vendors and suppliers to monitor services and KPIs and ensure provision within SLAs Active participation in Major Incident and Problem Management activities, leading communications for all planned and unplanned outages Monitoring customer satisfaction, proactively addressing under-performance Support of all major IT changes and their impact on the business ...
