We seek talented Directors with experience in:
* Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially around indirect taxes, including EMEA compliance
* End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
* Advising on tax technology to support compliance and reporting
* Tax technology implementation, including requirements gathering and design review
* Tax transformation, governance, and process improvement
* Project and client management
Additional desirable skills include:
* Data management, SQL, and data transformation
* Analyzing large data volumes
* Designing cloud-based tax applications
* Acting as liaison between technology and tax teams
* Leading tax transformation and automation projects
* Designing systems addressing international tax requirements
* Collaborating with colleagues across KPMG
* Developing governance frameworks and service offerings
* Building strong client relationships
* Performance management and oversight of offshore resources
* Identifying additional service opportunities and coaching team members
