We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, quality-driven Manufacturing Manager to lead our team at the heart of the Krispy Kreme operation. If you thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and know your way around performance targets, compliance, and team development—we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning the day-to-day running of production on-site
* Leading and developing a high-performing team
* Championing food safety, health & safety, and quality standards
* Delivering against production plans with precision and pride
* Driving continuous improvement—reducing waste and boosting efficiency
* Working cross-functionally to keep everything moving smoothly
What you’ll bring:
* Proven leadership in food manufacturing or FMCG
* Strong knowledge of quality assurance, HSE, and compliance
* Passion for developing people and improving performance
* A "lead by example" mindset—you’re not afraid to jump on the line
* Confident decision-making and communication skills
