Team Leader - Care Home (36 Hours | Paid Breaks | Rota 2 Weeks in Advance)
5/7 days - every other weekend
c£30,000/annun - free parking and hot meals.

Our client is looking for a confident, caring Team Leader to inspire and support their care team in delivering exceptional, person-centred care within a residential elderly care and nursing setting. You'll be at the heart of the home - guiding colleagues, safeguarding residents, and ensuring the highest clinical and regulatory standards are met.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and supervise care staff to deliver safe, dignified, high-quality care
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments, medication and clinical practice
* Liaise with GPs and healthcare professionals
* Promote independence, wellbeing and a warm, homely environment
* Support staff development through training, supervision and mentoring
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and full compliance with regulations
What We're Looking For:
* Experience leading or supervising care teams
* Strong knowledge of care planning, risk assessment and record-keeping
* Excellent communication and calm decision-making skills
* Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (desirable)
* A reliable, accountable professional who leads by example
