Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant
Monarch Education are currently recruiting for a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to work full time in a Primary school in the Dudley area. The hours for this role are 8.30am - 3.30pm, 5 days per week starting March 2025. This role is for the rest of the academic year with options of permanent employment in July 2025. It is essential that you hold a relevant Level 3 qualification. This role is based outside of the classroom, supporting children with additional needs such as ASC.
Requirements Of Applicant
* Level 3 relevant childcare qualification
* Sound knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
* Recent experience supporting children in a primary school setting
* Experience supporting children with additional needs such as ASC
Main Duties And Responsibilities
* Help management to plan and deliver learning activities to stimulate the individual needs of each pupil
* Providing regular feedback to parents on the progression of each child
* Encourage the social development of all children
* Ensure all children always feel safe and their welfare is always looked after
* Ensure children's personal hygiene is of a high standard at all times
