Our Marketing team ramp-up
We are currently expanding our global Marketing team, seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Marketing Executive to join us. As such, you will play a vital role in driving our customer engagement and acquisition by providing support to our campaigns, events and social media marketing. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who will roll their sleeves up and get things done in a fast-paced environment.
What will be your role?
1. Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, e-mail, social media, content marketing, and digital as required
2. Content Creation: Support the creation and optimization of marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media, to effectively communicate our value proposition
3. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, proprietary events, and trade shows, to increase brand visibility and generate leads
4. Social Media: Support social media efforts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and identifying opportunities to enhance our online presence and engagement
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing efforts
6. Collateral Management: Be responsible for the management, print & distribution of all marketing collateral
Above all, as an early member of our overarching Go-to-Market team, you will have plenty of room to shape your role and design your marketing development path.

7. 1 year of experience in marketing: Familiarity with marketing projects and requirements
8. Understanding of marketing channels: Knowledge of social media platforms, e-mail marketing, content marketing, and campaigns
9. Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal communication skills are crucial for team collaboration, conveying your ideas effectively, and creating compelling marketing
10. Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
11. Attention to detail: Accurate execution in all aspects of the role is vital
12. Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, our digital team, and sales teams, to achieve our objectives
13. Adaptability and learning-oriented mindset: Willingness to learn new skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities, and continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
14. Experience using marketing automation and CRM (preferably Hubspot)
15. Basic knowledge of design principles: Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creating basic visuals or editing marketing materials is a plus
