Minimum Criteria To Apply Experience supervising medium to large retail teams in a fast-paced retail environment A proven track record of achieving significantly high weekly sales targets Experience managing a varied range of retail categories A strong understanding of store operations, performance management, and customer service You should also demonstrate the following key competencies: Prioritising and organising work effectively Customer focus Clear and confident communication Managing and developing teams Problem solving and decision making Talent development and succession planning Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset We expect lots of interest, so get your application in early — the closing date might move forward!
