This Residential Surveyor position is for a well-established, fast-growing practice who due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team.
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
1. Level 2 Surveys
2. Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
3. Red Book Valuations
4. Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
5. Minimum AssocRICS qualified
6. Proven track record in Surveying
7. Registered Valuer Status
8. UK Driving License
9. Strong attention to detail
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

11. Working hours: Remote / WFH basis. Full-time Monday to Friday
12. Holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays
