We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at the Bannville Hotel in Banbridge. You'll be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests and managing all kitchen operations alongside your team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency are met.
* Develop and innovate menus that reflect our commitment to high-quality, seasonal dishes.
* Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
* Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards across the entire kitchen.
* Control kitchen costs by managing stock, reducing waste and managing kitchen staff levels.
* Collaborate with hotel management to plan special events and menus.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior leadership role within a high-quality kitchen environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Extensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
