Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining classroom discipline in line with the school discipline policy.
2. Building rapport with pupils.
3. Supporting pupils as they undertake work in line with the national curriculum priorities.
4. Promoting the school ethos and adhering to all school policies and procedures.
5. Working closely with all school colleagues and under the direction of the school leadership team.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have experience working in a Primary School setting.
2. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
3. Be registered (or willing to register) with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
4. Have a genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
5. Possess strong communication skills and adaptability to varying classroom environments.
6. Be flexible and willing to undertake different teaching assignments within the Pembrokeshire area.
