We are working with a leading financial services client for a 12 month contract, June/July 2025 start. The incoming candidate ideally need experience in equity derivatives and margin loans.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of securities financing transactions and corporate equity derivative transactions
* Development and management of relationships with external legal counsel in multiple jurisdictions
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation for a range of equity derivative and structured financing products
* Driving execution and resolution of transactions and issues
