Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Dundee
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Annual Leave: 32 days
Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Administrator based in Dundee. This role offers a competitive salary, free parking, and is conveniently located close to public transport links.
For the right candidate this role will process into a Sales Coordinator/Account Manager within 6 months which will come with a pay increase and additional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and emails from business customers enquiring about products
Sending out samples and following up with customers
Liaising with procurement and accounts departments
Coordinating with field sales teams
Processing orders and providing quotes
Managing invoices and credit checking new customersRequirements:
Proficiency in using various systems
Previous experience in sales administration
Excellent communication skills
