Teaching Personnel are recruiting qualified Geography Teachers for multiple vacancies across our partner secondary schools in South Manchester. Roles are available to start after Easter (April) or from September, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. We are seeking multiple fully qualified Geography teachers to fill current roles in schools!
Contract: Full time (with permanent potential)
Start: April 2026 (post‑Easter) or September 2026
Pay: Matched to your pay scale (MPS/UPS)—paid weekly via PAYE
Location: Various roles available in a range of South Manchester secondary schools
About the Roles
Deliver engaging Geography lessons across KS3 & KS4
Plan, teach and assess in line with the national curriculum
Raise attainment, track progress and support mixed‑ability learners
Contribute to collaborative Humanities departments
Long term placements with clear progression pathways—with several schools open to temp to perm contracts
We’re Looking For
Fully Qualified Teacher with QTS with UK secondary experience teaching Geography
Geography ECTs
Strong classroom management and a passion for your subject
Ability to build positive relationships and deliver high‑quality outcomes
Excellent behaviour management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
