What We’re Looking NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Post-registration experience in nursing, ideally within specialist or complex care settings. Strong clinical skills, including assessment, care planning, and delivery of complex care. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills. Commitment to person-centred care, dignity, and inclusivity. Experience supporting adults with neurological or physical conditions is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care for residents with neurological and physical conditions. Conduct assessments, develop and review individualised care plans, and monitor progress. Administer medications accurately and maintain comprehensive clinical records in line with NMC standards. Support residents’ independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. Collaborate with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Uphold the nursing home’s high standards and contribute to maintaining its Good CQC rating. Promote a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
