Peopleforce Recruitment for a Customer Contact Specialist in Abingdon for one of our long-standing healthcare partners. This company provides workplace health services by supporting employers monitor employee health, identify risks, and keep workplaces safe using testing and health data.
You’ll work as a Customer Service Specialist in the Occupational Health team in Abingdon.
Your main job is to:
* Help customers book health services
* Answer questions (by phone and email)
* Make sure everything runs smoothly and on time
You’re basically the first point of contact for customers and play a big role in their overall experience.
What you’ll do
* Answer customer queries clearly and professionally
* Book appointments/services and guide customers through the process
* Organise clinic schedules and make sure appointments are set up correctly
* Work with external providers to deliver services on time
* Coordinate with internal teams (like clinical and lab teams)
* Follow processes and hit targets (KPIs/SLAs)
* Do admin tasks to support operations
What they’re looking for
* Good communication skills (written and spoken)
* Some customer service experience (preferred, not essential)
* Comfortable using IT (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Salesforce experience is a bonus
* Good at problem-solving and managing workload
