The Sales and Events Manager will be responsible for driving new business, handling incoming enquiries, supporting in marketing and coordinating the details of each event to ensure guest satisfaction. About the role : Dealing with all incoming enquiries for bookings and events and converting into confirmed business Arranging site visits with clients Proactively reaching out to new clients to drive sales Working with third party platforms and event agencies to increase awareness of the venue Coordinate the details of each event, working closely with promoters and General Manager Full control of social media, creating content and email marketing campaigns Maintaining the event diary & CRM system Raising detailed function sheets for each event Skills and Experience : Previous experience in a similar role within hosptiality Excellent understanding of bookings and driving sales Excellent event planning experience Good knowledge of social media and marketing Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally Organised, hard working and outgoin Flexible and hands-on, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and changing environment
