Salary: £35,000 Basic Depending on Experience + Efficiency Bonus £38,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30 (No Weekends)

The Role - MOT Tester & Vehicle Technician:
This role combines Class 4 MOT testing with hands-on vehicle technician work when MOT demand is quieter.
·Carrying out Class 4 MOT Tests in line with DVSA regulations.
·Completing vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard.
·Working on brakes, suspension, tyres, wheel alignment, exhausts, batteries, and steering systems.
·Performing diagnostics and fault finding on petrol, diesel & hybrid vehicles.
·Resolving both routine and complex mechanical faults efficiently.
·Maintaining accurate job cards, MOT records, and service documentation.
·Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
What we're looking for:
·Valid Class 4 MOT Licence (essential).
·Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or equivalent.
·Proven experience as an MOT Tester, Vehicle Technician, or Mechanic in an independent garage or fast-fit environment.
·Strong mechanical knowledge across servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
·A flexible and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
·Ability to work well as part of a busy workshop team.
·Full UK manual driving licence (subject to checks).
