About The Role
* Carry out Plastering to high quality standard
* Response maintenance as and when required
* Able to work within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines, ensuring contractual deadlines are delivered
* Communicate with management and Quantity Surveyor
* Itemise the work to be carried out in customers' dwellings and premises
* Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that CTS Projects Ltd expect
* Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required
* Dealing with the general public in a professional manner ensuring all customers are treated with dignity and respect.
* Uphold Data Protection Policies
* Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business
* Any other ad hoc projects as require.
Health & Safety:
* Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
* Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
* Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
* Observe & follow all manual handling practices
Required Criteria
* Qualified in a relevant trade and be able to provide suitable certification
* Hold a valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
* Full UK Driving License
* Experience in construction and plastering industry
* Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI's are delivered
