About the team The Global Pricing team is part of Worldpay Global Revenue Assurance organisation. This team plays a key role in pricing strategy, recommendations, and service offerings for prospects and clients. The team partners within a matrixed environment supporting sales, relationship managers, product, and finance to provide support aligning to our global value proposition. What you will be doing You will play a central role in developing pricing proposals for prospects and customers in all parts of the world with specific pricing proposals customised by region. The ideal candidate can work well with cross functional teams to bring prospective customers from pricing proposal to contract execution including contract review and overall support for new and existing customer opportunities. Support elements of global pricing strategy development and refinement, including global pricing identification, and pricing change planning Provide detailed quantitative analysis in support of identifying and vetting new opportunities to drive Worldpay revenue Prepare and provide pricing proposals ensuring revenue and profitability Work within cross-functional team and product/service owners to support pricing for products and services Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems that may vary greatly based upon region, product or service offering, and present recommendations to management on key business implications Continuously build business landscape knowledge in order to provide foundational context for pricing initiatives Communicate and build support for recommendations among business leaders across the organisation Work with interchange, finance, product, and technology to assist in implementation of pricing programs Participate in continuous training with other functions in Line of Business, Global Pricing, Compliance, Interchange and Network teams What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or another quantitative field. Master’s degree a plus 3 years of Finance and or Pricing Analyst experience. An understanding of payments product & technology is preferrable Working knowledge of pricing strategy with an emphasis on value-based concepts including economic value analysis, role of costs in pricing decisions, best practice negotiation strategies, and financial analysis including margin analysis, internal rate of return and NPV Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail/accuracy Experience building and maintaining complex financial models Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written form Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish personal and professional relationships among diverse internal and external stakeholders internationally Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, organize effectively, and meet aggressive deadlines Background in working in an ambiguous environment and identifying business issues/risks Ability to influence and gain acceptance for change Good Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint What we offer you A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities for growth Modern, international work environment and a dedicated and motivated team Competitive salary and benefits 3 days in the Office per week A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respect Varied and challenging work to help you grow technically and personally LI-AB1 LI-Hybrid
