Engage with those who access our services, by listening to their views and asking for their feedback Represent the views and opinions of those who access our services Provide feedback and updates to those who access our services informing them of any changes and decisions. Work with staff and community to improve and develop the service Lead on service user meetings Promote and encourage ongoing service development in a variety of different ways within the service and community. Create a safe space for the people who access services to connect, be open and tell us what they honestly think and believe Be part of interview panels for new staff Help to hear the voice of the underrepresented In carrying out the above role the volunteer will Help Change Grow Live fulfil its role in offering the best service to our clients. Perform your volunteering role to the best of your ability. Follow the Change Grow Live’s procedures and standards, including health and safety and equal opportunities, in relation to our staff, volunteers and clients. Maintain the confidential information of Change Grow Live and of our clients; adhering to Change Grow Live’s policies and procedures Meet the time commitments and standards which have been mutually agreed and to give reasonable notice so other arrangements can be made when this is not possible.
