3. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including GDP, GMP, IATA, ISO, and GxP.
4. Monitor project performance, report progress to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Act as the primary client liaison, managing expectations and ensuring delivery aligns with contractual and regulatory requirements.
6. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (operations, QA, regulatory, commercial) and external stakeholders.
7. Mentor junior project staff and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
8. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, support audits, and uphold all SOPs and compliance obligations
What we would like you to bring

11. Strong knowledge of GDP, GMP, GxP, and global regulatory standards.
12. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
13. Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
14. Proficient in project management tools (., MS Project, Smartsheet).
15. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; global logistics or cold chain experience a plus.
