Trainee Insurance Advisor

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission | OTE £32,000 - £64,000

Training
Initially, you will join their in-house Academy, where you will work towards achieving an internal training certificate.
The Academy typically lasts six months, subject to performance and KPI achievement and is a mandatory part of the role and forms the foundation of your development.
Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Insurance Advisor:
Speaking to customers who have expressed interest in products
Passing customers to Mortgage and Life Insurance Advisors
Engaging with an existing customer database
Responding to enquiries and identifying customer needs
Acting in accordance with regulatory procedures
Building strong customer rapport
Engaging with customers in a friendly, compliant, and professional manner
Key Skills and Experience of a Trainee Insurance Advisor:
Previous experience in sales (particularly outbound calling)
Ability to handle and overcome objections
Motivation to work towards KPIs and targets
Excellent communication skills
