About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Optometrist to join a well-established, independent eye and hearing care clinic based in Hadleigh, Suffolk.
This is a patient-focused environment where clinical excellence, continuity of care, and genuine time with patients are prioritised over volume targets. Youll be joining a supportive, close-knit team that values autonomy, professional development, and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive eye examinations to a high clinical standard
* Diagnose and manage a range of visual conditions
* Provide clear, patient-centred advice on vision care and treatment options
* Work collaboratively with dispensing and audiology colleagues
* Ensure accurate clinical records and maintain GOC standards
* Support ongoing development of the clinics clinical services
About You:
* Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC
* Confident in delivering independent clinical decision-making
* Strong communication skills with a patient-first approach
* Comfortable working in a relaxed, independent practice xsngvjr setting
* Interest in continual professional development
