Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: DY12 2ET
Salary: £39,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and manage our residential care service. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, and effective leadership of the staff team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the service.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
* Lead, support, and develop the care team, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are met consistently.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards completion).
* Proven leadership experience within a residential care setting.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
* Passion for delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement.
