Property Management Surveyor
Are you looking for a Property Management Surveyor role? Interested in working for a leading commercial real estate firm?
VANRATH are recruiting a Property Management Surveyor to work on commercial property projects, mainly in Belfast.
Remuneration:

Overview of Role:
5. Managing an extensive commercial portfolio made up of single let and multi let buildings.
6. Attending client and occupier meetings
7. Undertaking property and tenant inspections and writing up reports
8. Liaising with the accounts team and being responsible for preparing service charge budgets and reconciling service charge accounts at year end.
9. Monitoring tenant rental performance and taking action on any defaulting tenants.
10. Organising and being responsible for Health & Safety compliance on your portfolio.
11. Responsible for insurance renewals across your portfolio and organising insurance valuations as required
12. Processing all tenant applications such as lease assignments, sublets and approval to alterations in a timely manner.
The Ideal Person:
13. Relevant degree or other industry related qualification.
14. At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role
15. RICS qualified (Beneficial)
