About the Role:
For our client in the public sector, we are looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join their HR Transformation programme.
* Acting as a bridge between functional requirements and solution architecture.
* Contributing to solution design and long-term maintainability of HCM applications.
* Building and maintaining effective delivery roadmaps for HR modules.
* Interacting with product owners and stakeholders to clarify complex requirements.
* Collaborating with other engineers and properly documenting your design & solutions.
Required Skills:
* Strong Oracle HCM Functional advisory skills (Core HR, Payroll, or Recruitment)
* Deep expertise in Solution Architecture within the Oracle ecosystem
* Experience in high-impact, large-scale HR Transformation initiatives
* Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Previous experience working within complex public sector environments
* Hands-on experience with Cloud-based HRIS platforms
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Preferred Skills:
* Experience with integrated Payroll and Finance modules
* Proven track record in long-term project delivery (12-24 months)
