We love what we do. We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join the Supply Chain Finance team at URBN, based out of URBN’s Peterborough fulfilment centre. This role will give the right person the chance to work in an experienced team and will be given the encouragement and support to learn and develop. This role will be reporting into the Logistics Finance Business Partner and will work closely with operational teams to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions, identify areas for improvement, and shape the future of the business. The successful candidate should have good numeric, organisational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to adapt to working in a fast-paced dynamic retail environment. Reporting on URBN’s EU Logistics and Customer Service costs Conducting thorough financial analysis to support decision making Business partnering to provide insight on financial performance Running daily productivity and spend reporting Managing the monthly close process including accruals and prepayments Supporting in financial control with overview of balance sheet reconciliations Monitoring KPIs and providing recommendations for improvement Budgeting and forecasting with detailed analysis Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline reporting and financial processes Line management of Junior Finance Analyst Qualified or Finalist accountant in ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Exposure to Oracle EBS, MicroStrategy, Hyperion, Qlik and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills, commercial acuity and understanding of business drivers, with related business experience are preferred Organized and a true multi-tasker, you will be a problem solver and approach challenges with positivity You will be a team player, flexible in approach, highly motivated & ambitious Experience within a supply chain environment is desirable Great team culture within a supportive and inclusive brand Study support Complimentary onsite gym and wellness studio plus wellbeing initiatives Great development programs Huge staff discount across the brands Competitive holiday allowance Pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loans And much more….
