IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our client's Family Hub Team welcoming families and children while providing essential administrative support in Barnsley.
This role is fully office-based and is temporary for a minimum of 3 months however, the contract could be extended for the right candidate upon review.
Duties:
* Greet visitors, including families and children, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
* Provision of high quality customer focused reception for all visitors and enquiries by telephone/email.
* To manage and monitor petty cash.
* Inputting of data including personal data onto electronic systems.
* Setting up and maintaining filing structure both manual and electronic.
* Sorting and distributing incoming outgoing post, ensuring appropriate records are maintained for outgoing post.
* To prepare invoices when appropriate, ensuring that payments are reconciled and monies regularly banked.
* Arrange meetings and ensure meeting rooms are available as needed.
* General and complex administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
* 4 GCSE’s (Grades A-C) or equivalent or, substantial relevant experience.
* A willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2 in Customer Care/Business Administration
* Prior experience in a receptionist role.
* Personable, highly organised, and able to multitask efficiently.
* Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service experience both face to face and over the phone.
* Enhanced DBS is essential.
Hours & Pay:
* Monday – Thursday (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM), Friday (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
* £12.85 Per Hour.
* 37 Hours Per week.
