2. Monday to Friday working hours, 09:00 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break

Duties:
5. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with company goals
6. Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, digital advertising, and engagement initiatives
7. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and channels
8. Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
9. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and optimise marketing efforts
10. Work closely with internal teams to enhance the customer journey from initial contact through to after-sales support
11. Manage and mentor the marketing team to foster high performance and teamwork
12. Oversee third-party agencies and manage the marketing budget to maximise return on investment
Requirements:
13. Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within a similar industry
14. Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
15. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
16. Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and budgets
17. Knowledge of market research methods and industry trends
18. Ability to analyse performance metrics and derive actionable insights
