Job Opportunity: Quality Technician at Perrin & Rowe, Rainham
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality team as a Quality Technician in Perrin & Rowe, Rainham.
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes within Perrin & Rowe, executing process control actions, and suggesting process improvements.
* Investigating non-conformities and containments, ensuring consistency within measurement equipment.
* Collaborating closely with the Engineering team.
What you are already great at:
* Maintaining a clean, safety-compliant working environment.
* Raising and tracking Quality Alerts and CAPAs when needed.
* Identifying non-conformities, investigating root causes, and providing immediate problem solving and containment.
* Collecting and recording daily machine shop non-conformities.
* Operating within store processes, including kanban inspection, issue extension, and isolation.
* Ensuring compliance with company processes and suggesting improvements.
For this role, we need you to demonstrate:
* Understanding, analyzing, and auditing machine shop processes.
* Adherence to 5S standards at the workplace.
* The ability to engage with all departments on Quality issues.
* Experience in recording and analyzing Quality KPIs.
* Previous experience as a technician in manufacturing, assembly, or machining environments with strong knowledge of production inspection.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for non-conformity analysis.
