Finance Manager Location: Malvern Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Immediate start Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Our client, based in Malvern, is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing the company's finances and supporting its continued growth. The Role: As Finance Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of the business. You will oversee all accounting functions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide valuable insight to support commercial and strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts. Ensure statutory compliance, liaising with auditors, banks, and HMRC where required. Oversee payroll, accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations. Deliver financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth. Lead and develop a small finance team. Drive efficiencies by improving processes, systems, and reporting tools. Candidate Requirements: ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (or QBE with significant relevant experience). Strong track record in financial management within a commercial environment. Excellent understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and reporting standards. Analytical, detail-focused, and commercially aware. Confident communicator with proven leadership skills.
