Were seeking an experienced QSHE Advisor to take ownership of developing, implementing, and continuously improving Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental management systems across the business. This is a key role ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements while driving a strong culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Working closely with management teams across multiple sites, youll play a hands-on role supporting operations between locations in Rugby and Luton, helping to embed best practice and maintain high standards across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities for a QSHE Advisor:
Lead, maintain, and continuously improve Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems in line with ISO standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)
Ensure full compliance with UK Health & Safety and environmental legislation, including COSHH, PUWER, permits, and reporting requirements
Manage internal and external audits, including preparation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities
