Administration Assistant
8.30am - 4.30pm
Cupar, Fully onsite
We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join a well established property company. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with invoicing and data entry and is comfortable supporting the front-of-house function as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting data accurately into accounting systems
Generating and processing invoices
Supporting the finance team with general administration
Managing ad-hoc queries from clients and colleagues
Answering incoming calls and directing them as appropriate (low volume)
Monitoring and responding to general email enquiries
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative or finance support role
Confident using QuickBooks and/or Xero (desired)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
