The a la carte restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily, covering weddings and functions throughout the year.

Key Info:
Salary: £29-30k plus tips and service charge
Hours: 5/7 Days, 45 hours per week
Location: Near Ringwood in the New Forest

Run a section and support Head Chef
Prepare and cook meals to the required standard
Stock control/ordering
Health & Safety/Food hygiene
Train and develop the team
Requirements:
Experience as Chef de Partie working with fresh produce
