SF Partners are working exclusively with a growing and forward thinking business in Derby to recruit a Senior Administrator.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong administrative background (Administrator, PA, Office Manager, Customer Service Admin) who is immediately available and ready to step into a busy, varied position where they can make a real impact from day one.
We are focused on finding someone organised, proactive, and confident who can become a key support within the team.
The Role
This is a broad, hands on administrative role supporting the wider Supply Chain function. You’ll be a central point of coordination, helping keep operations running smoothly.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Supporting supplier onboarding and maintaining compliance records
Ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
Raising and processing purchase orders
Liaising with suppliers to track orders and resolve queries
Investigating discrepancies
Supporting reporting and general administrative processes
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in an administrative role
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Is a confident communicator (phone & email)
Can hit the ground running and manage a busy workload
Has good IT skills, including Excel
Brings a positive, can do attitude and enjoys supporting others
