Job Description
As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to both employees and management. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
* Providing advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
* Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Collaborating with various stakeholders to address HR-related issues and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
