Salary: £27,500 – £35,000 DOE
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 - £80,000

The business continues to grow and has clear plans for further expansion through 2026, supported by consistent inbound lead generation and ongoing investment in people, systems and compliance.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Protection Advisor to join the team. This role is suited to an advisor who is comfortable working with a high level of autonomy, takes pride in delivering quality advice, and manages their workload effectively without the need for close supervision.
Ongoing support, training and regular meetings are provided to ensure advisers are fully supported in delivering the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing approximately 6–8 inbound web enquiries per day
* Completing full fact-finds to understand customers’ needs and circumstances
* Providing clear, compliant and suitable protection recommendations
* Accurately documenting all advice and client interactions within the CRM
* Managing your own pipeline and workload effectively
* Ensuring all advice meets FCA and internal regulatory standards
Skills and Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Financial Services (Protection experience preferred)
* Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
* Highly motivated, organised and target-driven
* Ability to build rapport with clients using a consultative approach
* Strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to compliance and record-keeping

* Full role-specific training provided

Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 09:30 – 19:00
Friday: 09:30 – 13:30
