Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator for our public sector client based in Edinburgh city centre.
Role: Senior Administrator
Location: Edinburgh city centre
Duration: Temporary role, on an ongoing basis
Pay: £14.93 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
Start Date: Mid August
The role will involve, but not be limited to:
Managing a mailbox
Responding to enquiries by phone, email and through online portals
Working with internal and external stakeholders to provide an excellent service
Sourcing and identifying additional information and details
Handling sensitive and personal information in accordance with the appropriate policies
Updating systems and spreadsheets
Feeding back information to wider members of the team
Chairing and presenting information in team meetings
Any other tasks as required
You should have excellent MS Office skills, have strong organisational skills and be a strong team player. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to work flexibly.
