The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to join our on site Birmingham team. This is a hands on role designed for someone who is keen to build a long term career in marketing and gain exposure to multiple areas of the function.
Working closely with senior marketing and campaign teams, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing activities while developing strong commercial and communication skills.
This is a full time, office based position with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across agreed channels
* Assist with campaign coordination, scheduling, and reporting
* Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning
* Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and performance reports
* Support brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing outputs
* Liaise with internal departments including sales, operations, and leadership teams
* Maintain accurate records and assist with general marketing administration
* Monitor campaign performance and support optimisation activities
Candidate Requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
* A proactive, professional, and reliable approach to work
* Ability to work full time on site in Birmingham, Monday to Friday
* Comfortable working in a fast paced, team focused environment
* A genuine interest in marketing and professional development
Desirable But Not Essential
* A degree or qualification in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
* Previous experience in a marketing, sales support, or administrative position
* Basic understanding of marketing principles
