You will assist in recruitment activities to ensure we hire individuals with the right skills, supporting our commitment to first-class patient healthcare. The Trust has advanced significantly in recent years, and this is an exciting period as we enhance our processes through initiatives like creating a paper-free environment and implementing the recruitment management system, Trac.
Ideal candidates will have experience with recruitment systems and NHS employment check standards. You should demonstrate a timely, accurate work ethic, adhering to compliance, policies, and procedures.
The role supports the Recruitment Manager by providing a customer-focused, high-quality transactional recruitment service. You should be a proactive team player who embodies our values and can build and maintain positive relationships with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
