Reporting directly to the leadership team, you'll take ownership of the agency’s marketing and growth initiatives. You’ll develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns to increase inbound opportunities, strengthen the brand presence, and support business‑development objectives.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a measurable growth marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
* Plan and manage content marketing, paid and organic social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
* Manage the agency’s online presence, ensuring consistent brand tone and visual identity.
* Develop events and sponsorship opportunities within target markets.
* Work with internal teams to produce compelling case studies, campaigns, and thought‑leadership content.
* Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise ROI.
* Collaborate closely with business development to nurture leads through the marketing funnel.
* Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend across channels.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in growth or digital marketing, ideally within a creative, agency, or B2B environment.
* Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
* Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently part‑time.
* You’re an experienced marketing professional who combines creativity with analytical thinking. You thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and are confident managing campaigns from concept to delivery.
