Job Role: RCA Administrator
Location: New Milton
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,250 plus benefits

Main Responsibilities
* Full Administrative support to the RCA Team on a daily basis
* Formulate Excel Spreadsheets to cater for the RCA workload
* Provide Reports for the Line Manager in relation to the Teams Work Plans
* Quality check the Teams Reports as a preliminary check before being issued to the Line Manager for Approval
* Liaison with the Client, Team Members & the wider Surveying team
* Check through Timesheets
* Build the data into a proforma report and submit to line manger
* Act with integrity and professionalism always
* Complete all training as required
Health and Safety
* To maintain full compliance with the company Health and Safety Policy.
* Follow company procedure and guidelines for Health and Safety in relation to compliance
* Ensure safe working environment and site safety at all times
* Report any breaches of H&S to Line Management
* Report all accidents and near misses to Line Management
Other Duties
* To carry out any other reasonable tasks that your manager may request
Qualifications
* No formal qualification necessary as training will be provided.
Experience
* Ability to deal with large work schedules and act on own Initiative.
* Ability to communicate well with clients, present yourself professionally and be numerate, literate and articulate.
