An established law firm based in Edgware, North London, is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their conveyancing team. This is a hybrid opportunity for a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE), offering 3 days office-based and 2 days remote working.\nThe firm has built a strong reputation in the local area and is known for its professional yet personable service. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor seeking a consistent residential conveyancing caseload in a supportive environment.\nThe Solicitor's role\nThe Solicitor will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.\nThe Solicitor will be the main point of contact for clients and third parties, so strong interpersonal skills are essential.
