THE ROLE: CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER Join our growing team as a Customer Success Manager in a permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday). This hybrid position is based partly in our Leeds office (two to three days per week) with the flexibility to work from home on the remaining days. For the right candidate, we might also consider a remote arrangement for someone who is based in London. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will act as the principal contact point for our most important clients to access the products and services offered by NuBreed Hotels. Your main aim will be to work with existing customers of the company to ensure we are maximising the value of the Company’s services for them by managing group booking enquiries, driving event revenue, and working closely with client teams to ensure optimal exposure. RESPONSIBILITIES • Client Leadership: Serve as the main point of contact for several existing as well as new clients, providing exceptional account management. • Onboarding Excellence: Identify customers pain points and develop comprehensive plans to enhance their experiences through a detailed onboarding process. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, customer service, finance and legal teams to execute your customer plans effectively. • Group Enquiries Management: Handle all group enquiries for your events - from initial contact and understanding client’s requirements, to coordinating with the group booking team to meet their needs and overseeing the accommodation contract process through to completion. • Business Growth: Drive business expansion and increase traction throughout clients' three-year contract terms. • Strategic Marketing: Ensure the EventBeds™ platform is marketed effectively by assisting in creating and following a detailed go-to-market (GTM) plan. • Performance Reporting: Update clients on pre-event bookings, conduct during and post-event reviews, and perform thorough analyses. • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system meticulously. • Event Attendance: Attend key client events, both in the UK and internationally, to build relationships, generate new leads and oversee successful deal execution. • Networking: Engage in networking activities to build leads and strengthen industry connections.
