Dispute Resolution (Property Litigation) – Edinburgh (Assignment 17507)
4. NQ–5 PQE
5. Contentious property work including lease disputes, title issues, boundary disputes, and professional negligence, with regular court and tribunal appearances.
6. Collaborative role offering advocacy opportunities, strong mentoring, and clear professional development.
Professional Indemnity – Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 17565)
7. 7+ PQE
8. Handling complex, high‑value professional indemnity claims for major insurers across a wide range of professions.
9. Senior role involving case strategy, client management, mentoring juniors, and business development within a leading international firm.
Experienced Litigator – Glasgow (Assignment 16797)

11. High‑value commercial litigation role including Court of Session work such as shareholder, partnership, contract, and insolvency disputes.
12. Expected to manage a caseload independently while contributing to business development in a collaborative boutique firm.

14. Managing complex, high‑value property damage and liability claims for insurers and commercial clients.
